We have been notified that since the new patch to LoL, the log files have been moved. You can now find them in:

C:\Program Files\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.0.40\deploy\logs

However, it seems like the path is changed after each patch, because of the release version (marked in yellow).
