FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you need my log files?

As for now, the only method to get statistics about the matches is from your log files.

The log file contains my LoL login name!

Not anymore. It did at the beginning, but Riot has finally removed it. Whether it was because of our request, the general public, or just because they felt like it, we don't know. :)
Either way, our parser only looks for information about matches and discards everything else.

How can I exists on your website when I have not uploaded any log files?

You must have played a match with or against someone who have uploaded their log file. All the information we have about you exists in other players log files.

I have uploaded a log file but I cannot see my self yet, what is wrong?

There can be several reasons for this:

  1. Our parser have not reached your log file yet.
When you upload your log file it is added to our parsing queue. It will eventually be parsed but depending on the current status of our queue it can take anywhere between 2 minutes and several hours. You can check the current queue status on the upload page.
  2. Your log file only contained practice games.
We only add normal games to our database at the moment so all practice games are skipped.
  3. Your log file did not contain any statistics.
This could be because of disconnects or other errors with the LoL client. A good rule of thumb is if you did not see the end-game statistics there will not be written any statistics to the log file. If the statistics do not exists in the log file there is no other way for us to gather it.

I don't like others to see my statistics, how can I get myself removed?

If you feel that your life is ruined by having your player name on our website, we can of course disable it on request. Send us an email with your player name (and server), and we will disable your player name from our website.
However, we keep the right to request documentations to make sure that you are the actually owner of that player.

Why am I required to download an application to upload and/or see my stats?

You are not! All you need is your web browser, nothing else. We provide an application (created by us) to ease the uploading process but it is not in any way required. The log files will be created regardless of whether you have our application or not, and they can be uploaded using the upload form.

What does the number in parenthesis mean?

The number in parenthesis that exists both on player pages and signatures are the last known real values inside League of Legends.
This means that if it says "37 (84)" for wins that player have actually won at least 84 matches but we only know about 37 of them.
Note that you might see values such as "21 (20)". The reason being that the latest match is not part of that number inside LoL when it is added to the log file.

Are you Riot Games?

No. We are a couple of gamers who like to play League of Legends, but we are not in any other way affiliated with Riot Games. This is why we need the log files as we do not have any other way to access the match data.
